Shanklin Beach is a one of the Isle of Wight’s best known stretches of golden sands, which backs onto a traditional English seafront promenade. After a short drive to the mainland it's time to get back on the ferry for the journey home to the "north island" as we call it...
It's a crossing to on the mainland, and an ideal opportunity for everyone to eat a packed lunch before the onward journey
Back on the coach and now it's just a simple case of zipping up the motorway and back to school
The homeward journey should be a lot quieter than the drive down - hopefully everyone will be exhausted from having a great time here on the Isle of Wight and full of precious memories
